Returns & Exchange Policy – Hair Extensions Luxe

At Hair Extensions Luxe, we take pride in offering 100% real human hair extensions of the highest quality. While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. To ensure a smooth process, please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully.


General Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Return & Exchange Window: We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product Condition: The hair extensions must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging (including MRP tags, hygiene seal, and accessories).
  • No Returns on Custom Orders: Customized products (including colored, extra-length, or special-order extensions) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale/Discounted Products: Items purchased on sale, with discount codes, or during promotional offers cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • One-Time Exchange: Each product is eligible for a one-time exchange only.

Products NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used, washed, cut, or chemically treated hair extensions.
  • Accessories such as clips, scrunchies, hair tools, or styling products.
  • Items purchased from pop-ups, exhibitions, or in-person studio trials.
  • International orders (outside India) – these are final sale due to customs regulations.
  • Items without original packaging, including missing MRP tags or hygiene seals.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

For Domestic Orders (Within India)

  1. Request a Return/Exchange:
    • Email support@hairextensionsluxe.com with:
      • Order ID
      • Unboxing video (mandatory for claims of damage or missing items)
      • Reason for return/exchange
  2. Approval & Pickup:
    • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
    • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.
  3. Quality Check & Processing:
    • Once received, the product undergoes a quality check (QC).
    • If it passes QC, we will proceed with your exchange or store credit.
    • If it fails QC, the product will be returned to you.

For International Orders (Outside India)

  • Due to customs regulations, we do not accept international returns or exchanges.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, email us at support@hairextensionsluxe.com with an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery, and we will assist you.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • No Direct Refunds: We do not offer cash/bank refunds.
  • Store Credit Only: Upon successful return, you will receive store credit (valid for 6 months) to use on your next purchase.
  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via an online payment transfer.

Important Return & Exchange Guidelines

Ensure you record an unboxing video before opening the package. Claims for damaged or missing items without a video will not be accepted.
Returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order. Late requests will not be processed.
Hair extensions must remain in their original condition – no washing, cutting, or styling.
Custom orders, sale items, and international purchases are non-returnable.
