Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Processing & Dispatch: Orders are processed within 48 hours and dispatched via trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Custom Orders: Orders with special requests (e.g., custom color blends, extra-long lengths, or specific textures) may take 10-15 business days for processing.
  • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping across India on orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, a nominal shipping charge applies.

International Shipping (Outside India)

  • Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped via DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Standard International Shipping: 7-10 business days
    • Custom Orders: 10-15 business days (subject to customs clearance and verification)
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees vary based on the destination country and order weight. The applicable fee will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customs & Duties:
    • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, determined by the destination country.
    • These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
    • Hair Extensions Luxe is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional fees charged by local authorities.

Order Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor your shipment status.
  • If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team at support@hairextensionsluxe.com.

Important Shipping Considerations

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping details are correct to avoid delays. Incorrect addresses may lead to extra charges or undeliverable shipments.
  • Festivals & Unforeseen Delays: Orders may take longer during festive seasons, adverse weather conditions, or political unrest.
  • Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, contact the courier service immediately. Hair Extensions Luxe cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, we will issue a store credit after deducting return shipping charges.

Damage & Shortage Claims

  • To claim missing or damaged items, an unboxing video must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.
