We guarantee that all our hair extensions are made from 100% real human hair. However, due to the natural nature of the product, slight variations in colour, texture, and length may occur between batches.
We strive to display product colours accurately on our website. However, monitor settings and lighting conditions may affect how colours appear on your screen. We cannot guarantee that your display will perfectly match the actual product colour.
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information or cancel orders if any information is found to be inaccurate, without prior notice.
3. Eligibility & Account

We ship across India and internationally. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. International orders may take 7–10 business days and may be subject to import duties or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Custom orders, sale items, and international purchases are non-returnable.
We do not offer direct cash or bank refunds. Approved returns are processed as store credit valid for 6 months.
