Hair Extensions Luxe is a registered brand of Hair Envy LLP. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website hairextensionsluxe.com and our physical store in Faridabad, Haryana.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as described below.

7-Day Return Window

You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

•        The product is unused, unworn, and unaltered

•        The product is in its original packaging with all tags, security seals, and protective materials intact

•        You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice)

•        Human hair extensions are hygienic products and cannot be returned once the security seal has been broken, the product has been removed from the backing card, or the product has been tried on, worn, washed, coloured, cut, or altered in any way

Items Eligible for Return

•        Clip-in hair extensions (unopened, sealed)

•        Hair toppers and wigs (unopened, sealed, with cap and net intact)

•        Tape-in extensions (unopened, with adhesive strips untouched)

•        Ponytail extensions, bangs, and streaks (unopened, sealed)

•        Hair extension tools and accessories (unused, in original packaging)

Items Not Eligible for Return

•        Products that have been opened, tried on, worn, or removed from original packaging

•        Products that have been washed, coloured, cut, heat-styled, or chemically treated

•        Custom-made or custom-coloured extensions made to your specifications

•        Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions

•        Gift cards and appointment bookings

•        Products returned after the 7-day return window

How to Initiate a Return

1.     Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@hairextensionsluxe.com or WhatsApp +91 7291824563 with your order number and reason for return

2.     Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) within 24 hours

3.     Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RAN inside the parcel

4.     Step 4: Ship the product to our return address provided in the RAN email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

5.     Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days

Refund Process

•        Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection

•        Bank processing times may add an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

•        Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part

•        Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different shade or length within the same product category, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchange shipping within India is free for the first exchange.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from what was described on our website, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs. For quality-related concerns (such as excessive shedding or tangling within the first wash), contact us within 7 days with photos and a description of your care routine. Our quality team will assess and provide a resolution.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our standard return policy above.
