Hair Extensions Luxe (a brand of Hair Envy LLP) is committed to delivering your order safely and on time. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on hairextensionsluxe.com.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Free on orders above Rs 1,000. Rs 99 for orders below Rs 1,000.

 

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted logistics partners. Delhi NCR orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7-10 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with a tracking number and link. You can track your order in real time using the tracking link provided. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@hairextensionsluxe.com.

Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus the original and return shipping costs.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, festivals, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors but will keep you informed and work to resolve any issues promptly.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Hair extensions are shipped in branded protective cases or boxes with security seals. Wigs and toppers include a wig cap, net, and storage bag. Discrete packaging is available upon request.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@hairextensionsluxe.com and we will attempt to update the address before dispatch.

Store Pickup

If you are in the Faridabad or Delhi NCR area, you can choose to pick up your order from our store at Booth No 71, Sector 16 Huda Market, Faridabad, Haryana 121002. Store pickup is free of charge and available Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
