Before You Start
Work with dry, detangled hair. If your hair is freshly washed and feels slippery, mist a little dry shampoo or texturising spray at the roots where you'll clip in — this gives the clips something to grip.

Step 1: Section Your Hair
Using a tail comb or your fingers, create a horizontal parting at the back of your head, roughly at ear level. Clip the upper section of hair out of the way with a jaw clip.

Step 2: Open the Clips
Hold the weft with the clips facing your head. Gently press each of the three clips to open them — they snap open like small hair clips.

Step 3: Clip In

How Often to Wash
Every 15-20 wears, or sooner if you notice buildup from dry shampoo, texturising spray, or other styling products. Clip-in pieces don't touch your scalp oil, so they stay cleaner longer than your natural hair.

Washing Steps
1. Detangle the weft gently with a loop brush or wide-tooth comb before getting it wet.
2. Run lukewarm water through the hair in a downward direction. Avoid hot water — it opens the cuticle and dries the hair out faster.
3. Apply a coin-sized amount of sulphate-free shampoo. Smooth it through the hair from top to bottom — don't scrub, twist, or bunch the weft.
4. Rinse until the water runs completely clear.
5. Apply a lightweight conditioner from the mid-lengths to the ends. Avoid the weft base and clips. Leave for 2-3 minutes, then rinse.
6. Squeeze out water gently with a microfibre towel — never wring, twist, or rub.
7. Lay flat on a dry towel to air dry. Don't hang it — the weight of the water can stretch the weft over time.

Between Wears
- Always brush the weft from ends to roots with a loop brush before and after wearing. This prevents small tangles from becoming big ones.
